We like clarity, for you and for ourselves. When you apply for a job at Technolution a specific procedure is followed. When you are invited for an introductory interview you will receive an extensive description of this procedure. What it boils down to is this:
- Within a week after we receive your application the Human Resources Manager will contact you.
- If you are invited, your introductory interview with the Chief Technical Officer and the Human Resources Manager will take place as soon as possible. In this interview we would like to get to know you better and we test your technical knowledge by means of a programming assignment.
- If you are invited for a second interview, this will take place with two experienced technical colleagues in your field.
- If this interview runs smoothly as well, you will be called within a week and you will receive an offer.
