Project Managers Technical Information Systems
Directing software projects in order to solve complex problems with complicated organizational and technical conditions. Being responsible for managing fixed-price and fixed-date projects. Being substantially involved in conceptual solutions, writing proposals and monitoring both planning and budget. Directing project leaders, coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge. Maintaining relations with clients and spotting new assignments. Working with multidisciplinary teams, electronics and embedded systems, when the project requires this. Having and retaining a feeling for practical development work and, if necessary, capable of going into details.
As a project manager technical information systems you meet the following minimum requirements:
- polytechnic or higher education in technical information science
- at least seven years of relevant work experience
- personality who can kindle enthusiasm and be sympathetic with others
- the mentality of an entrepreneur
- fascinated by and passionate about technology
- up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience in developing systems
- thorough technical knowledge on architect level
- skilled in simplifying problems
- excellent writing skills and fluency in Dutch as well as English
