Moreover, Technolution uses various media to investigate new technologies and to share this knowledge with colleagues.

Your start as a designer
Most colleagues at Technolution started as a designer. As a designer you start working at a project in a team from your very first working day. Obviously, an experienced colleague will be your coach. You start by reading about the project and getting to know your way in our organization. However, you get your own responsibilities at once. You design, review and test your own assignments and are closely involved in the further development of the project
An experienced colleague as a coach
Besides the practical guidance during a project, you will also be assigned a coach. This coach is an experienced colleague who will be your help and stay during your first year at Technolution. Your coach is there for you when you have questions about practical matters like the way of documenting and programming at Technolution, but also to fall back on when necessary.
You can make a career as a project manager or a technical specialist
The first few years you will develop your knowledge further, learn to work at projects and become really familiar with our way of working at Technolution. After that you will continue growing and you will get more responsibilities in projects. You choose your own field of expertise.
