Technolution uses various media to investigate new technologies and to share knowledge with colleagues. But especially by being inquisitive about new technologies and trying to find more information yourself, you will keep learning at Technolution.
Self-tuition is the main thing
Because we apply brand-new technologies, there are often no courses available yet. You will have to find your own knowledge on the internet and in articles. By working together with experts you learn a lot during projects. You will ask many questions, the experts will use expressions that are unknown to you but as you are curious to know their meaning, you investigate.
Technopedia - the database filled with information
As the name suggests, Technopedia is our very own wiki. All colleagues can consult it and add to it. If you have a technical question, consult Technopedia first. If you do not find the answer in there, it is up to you to add the question and the solution you found to Technopedia.
A question in Techbits is quickly answered
Techbits is our internal mailing list. Every technical colleague is subscribed to this mailing list. You can simply ask a question; there is a good chance one of your colleagues knows the answer and the other colleagues might learn something new.
Monthly knowledge meetings
We organize monthly knowledge meetings where a colleague informs the other colleagues of newly acquired knowledge in a project or interesting trends and developments in the field.
Internal innovative projects
Technolution is not a research bureau, but we do want to know the possibilities and impossibilities of technologies before applying them in projects for our clients. This way we can offer our clients a substantiated and fitting solution for their issues.
